1.  Get appraisals.  Contractor screening is time consuming and confusing.  Sort It Out Seattle will match your project with pre-screened professionals and provide you with at least three (3)  bids to review.  Your bid documents will include:

a)   Contractor references.   We will contact and interview all of the contractors references.  A report will be created which includes project evaluations, timeliness, and general satisfaction.

b)   Interview checklist.  All contactors will be screened to verify licensing, bonding, and insurance. 

c)  Cost analysis.  We will evaluate your bids and appraisals based upon market analysis and project requirements.

2.  Monitor the work.  Sort It Out Seattle will personally supervise all projects in your home.  We will ensure the security of your home and possessions, and carefully monitor the work in progress.

3.  Project completion.  No project is complete until you are satisfied.  To that end Sort It Out Seattle will monitor and evaluate the completed project closely and provide a project wrap-up portfolio for your to keep with your valuable home documentation.
